A fitness app with no class names, just the workout that fits your mood.
VibeMove asks one question before a workout: how do you want to feel. I designed the whole flow around that, trading class names and jargon for a few honest moods and a match that arrives in a single tap. The pleasure was in asking less, cutting the setup back until only the feeling was left.
PROBLEM
Choosing a workout meant scanning a wall of class names no one understood.
SOLUTION
I reduced the entry to a single mood and matched it to the right session.
RESULT
Onboarding drop-off fell, and daily sessions climbed after launch.
